Elias Hanna Foundation

The Elias Hanna Foundation was established in 2018 by the Hanna Family as a sustainable philanthropic entity focusing on cultural, charitable, social and educational development initiatives benefiting Assyrian * immigrants worldwide while fostering local communities within the remaining Assyrian * towns of Syria .<\/p>\n

The Foundation is governed by a Board of Trustees with expertise in both private and civic sectors that guide the Foundation\u2019s operational and technical activities in a strategic, sound and transparent manner, as well as ensuring adherence to sound governance. It\u2019s directed by a Board of Directors consisting of Founder Elias Hanna and his sons, Ninos and Sargon as well as leaders in the American Assyrian * community.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

The establishment of the Foundation was inspired by the vision and aspirations of Elias Hanna, who has always believed in the importance of philanthropy. Moreover, Mr. Hanna greatly values learning and the prospects it has to offer. He acknowledges the ambitions of individuals who grow up with few choices and opportunities afforded to them but have aspirations and the motivation to improve their lives. Thus, the Foundation views education as a top priority, equipping its scholars with the skills, tools and knowledge to excel, enhancing their employment opportunities, finding the desired career path leading to a promising future and creating a positive impact on their socio-economic well-being.<\/p>

The Foundation has been a dream in the making, not only for Elias Hanna, but for the entire family who shares his passion and commitment for philanthropy. Ultimately, this passion and commitment ensure the Foundation\u2019s implementation of sustainable and impacting social, cultural, and charitable initiatives that benefit disadvantaged individuals and communities.<\/p>
